Refund Policies
- In cases where the sample is not received at the laboratory or cannot be processed due to the sample being missing/ physical damages or leakages/ natural calamity/ miscarriage/ abortions/ placental burst/ missed the collection/ cord being very thin for collection then, do not wish to store due to unseen circumstances like death of mother and other misfortunes during delivery then the refund applicable will be the Enrollment fee, Processing fee and Storage fee
- In cases where the sample is received and processed but the post stem cell count and the viability is not within the acceptable limit then the same is rejected. But the rejection is done only after consultation with the client. In such cases the refund applicable is the processing fee and the storage fee
