Mumbai, January 24, 2010: The early stages of pregnancy can often
be a time of many emotions, questions and concerns and a professional
advice and knowledge sharing is a must need to ease off with this state.

holding an antenatal program for expectant mothers
at ITC Maratha,
Sahar, in Mumbai on January 24, 2010. The session was conducted by
Ms. Sonali Shivlani, an antenatal specialist who is an expert
trainer for mothers-to-be in pregnancy management
from 2.00 to 6.00
pm.
The educational prenatal program will share tips and tools for the
to-be-moms on the care and precautions that are needed before, during
and post pregnancy to ensure good health of both mother and the child.
Various myths regarding pregnancy will be busted and queries of the
curious parents will be addressed, at the workshop.
The specialist will demonstrate some complicated ‘pelvic exercises’ for
muscle relaxation and the attendees will also be educated on the
importance and benefits of cord blood stem cell banking for their child
which is once in a life time opportunity for them to secure their baby’s
future health.
