LifeCell's facility and processes have been accredited by AABB (Accreditation American Association of Blood Banks) - an international non-profit organization dedicated to developing the highest standards in blood and cord blood banking, transfusion medicine and cellular therapy. The accreditation assessment includes stem cell processing, cyro-preservation records, document control, inspection and testing, training of lab technicians, sample identification and traceability and verification of cord blood units when released from storage. With this accreditation LifeCell becomes the "First and only Cord Blood Stem Cell Bank in India to have procured the prestigious AABB accreditation".

We are also licensed by the Drug Controller General of India, (DCGI) to process and store cord blood stem cells.

The Research and Development division of LifeCell has been recognized and approved by the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research (DSIR), Govt. of India.
