LifeCell International organizes a free one day Antenatal workshop
for expectant mothers.

program for expectant mothers in Bengaluru at Taj Gateway, Residency
Road, Bengaluru, 560 025, India on 14th February, 2009 from 1.30 pm

MS. Sonali Shivlani, Antenatal specialist, Mumbai will be conducting the
session. The program is designed exclusively for expectant parents to
gain complete knowledge on pregnancy management. The 4 hrs sessions
would deal with varied topics like hormonal changes, diet and nutrition,
benefits of breast feeding, maintaining a healthy outlook during
pregnancy etc. The trainer would also share simple exercises for the
future moms and discuss on birth preparation, handling labour and share
tips for normal delivery with the participants.
