To achieve the target sales that is communicated from time to time
To visit two hospital every day and meet gynecologist and generate leads of expectant mothers
To give 3 presentations to expectant parents per day
To enter the leads generated from the field and to fill the activities carried out in the field daily in CRM.
To project an appropriate image of the company in the field (expectant mother and doctors)
To inform all activities happening in the field such as competitor activities and market feedback to Center Head.
To take Center Heads to all A class doctors and hospital for relationship building routinely
To induct the New RE’s in the field as and when required
Any other work as assigned by the superior from time to time
To counsel all expectant parents (Target group) who come to hospital for their routine medical checkups
To pick up conversation with Target group and educate them on Cord Blood Stem Cells and its future applications
To distribute pamphlets to all the Target group during the OPD time at the hospitals
To collect name and address of all the Target group who has shown interest in our concept
To enter all the leads those are generated during the OPD time at the hospitals in CRM on a day to day basis
To arrange and manage Anti-natal class in these hospital and give presentations to Target group
To meet and discuss with Gynaecologists on latest stem cell development
To build good and cordial business relationship with the Gynaecologists
To explore the possibilities of having hospital / Gynaecologists tie-ups
To work closely with the nurses and receptionist in the hospitals to generate leads
To explore new opportunities such as Scan Centers, Pathology Laboratory etc
To interact with the patients during OPD timings in the hospitals and generate interest in our concept
To develop strategies to generate targeted quality leads from various hospitals and feed them to RE’s
To make presentation at anti-natal classes that are taking place
To participate in all exhibition, CME’s, etc
To conduct activities in Joggers parks, Clubs and various social gatherings
